Growing dreadlocks
I’ve been pretty knocked out since Thursday afternoon. Most of my time has been spent flat on the couch and I have started growing an impressive set of dreadlocks. The price I have to pay to get a milder reaction to the side effects is tiredness and very low energy. This morning – after not having moved out of the bed for 13 hours – I decided that it was time to get dressed and conquer the dreadlock farm.
After a rather meticulous operation with the hairbrush and a handful of hair later I was ready to hit the breakfast table. I made and ate my breakfast sitting up – very proud – then I sat some more and walked around a bit before the couch called me. Lunch was eaten in horizontal position, but not dinner. We all made dinner together again – that is one of the side effects to this state that I enjoy quite a lot actually. Benjamin made tomatillo salsa and I made tortillas from scratch. James heated up some Mexican flavored chicken and roasted pineapple. Yummy dinner.
I reduced the RSO amount a bit today, so I could be more active, but I probably shouldn’t have. Throughout the day some side effects have returned – cold sensitive throat, spasms in hands, tingling in fingers, cramps in legs and funky tastebuds. I do prefer being tired over handling the side effects, so back to la la land for the rest of the day – and tomorrow.
