I’m going home!

Every day while hospitalized I have opened a surprise picture and taped up on the side of my bed. Benjamin and James printed out, rolled up and tied happy memories for me so I could have something nice to think about every morning. Such a beautiful and thoughtful gift. I am now challenging my inner and outer microbiome – or clearly trying to get rid of most of it. My innards have been flushed with 1 gallon (4 liters) of electrolytes. Yesterday was a day with only clear liquids to “eat” so I was on a tea, no pulp orange juice and electrolyte diet. Last week Kathleen dropped off two puzzles. One is a picture of Mont-Saint-Michel in Normandy, France. We visited this small picturesque island with Kathleen, Emily and Bertrand, and Bertrand’s sister Claudine, two summers ago.
